As part of our On the Move program, we have a special site for tracking your exercise program over the next three months.

Once you have registered you can sign in anytime you want to record your exercise program:
Sign In (Click the Login button in the left side menu)

When you sign in go to "My Workouts" to record you information.

The fitness tracker has 3 parts:

>> Cardio log: Use this log to record your aerobic or cardiovascular workouts - things like walking, running, or the time on the stair-master. Best of all, it is easy to do and you will be able to track your progress over time!

>> Weight room: The latest preventive health research shows that everyone can benefit from participating in a regular strength training program. Use this log to track the details from each workout. You can capture each exercise and set, the amount of resistance or weight, and reps.

>> Workout diary: Use this online diary to keep details on a daily basis about your workouts.
