Care Management
Oncology clinical nurse specialists are the heart of the center’s care management program. They coordinate services including transportation, home care and referrals for high-risk cancer outpatients, and they help people manage through the difficult experience of cancer.
The program is certified by the American College of Surgeons as a Community Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Program, the highest community program distinction.
