Mills-Peninsula offers aquatic exercise in the Mack E. Mickelson Arthritis and Rehabilitation Center pool at our Health Center in San Mateo. The 24-foot x 82-foot wheelchair accessible pool is kept at a warm temperature suitable for aquatic exercise.

A physician's approval and orientation (fee) are required. Participants bring their own swim suits. Aquatic shoes are highly recommended. Dressing rooms, showers and lockers are available. The first step is making an appointment for a pool orientation by calling: 650-696-4315.
